Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Asheville - Outlet Mall

The people who work the front desk, were very friendly. I arrived shortly after midnight, very early on a Tuesday morning, and the front desk person was awake, alert, and very friendly. This is a very comfortable hotel. Clean, quiet, with a very nice, free, breakfast, every morning from 6:00 to 9:30. Beds were very comfortable, too.

Location was great, rooms were spotless, and breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Simple, but made fresh and delicious. Service was direct and friendly, and the receptionist even allowed us to go back to our room for a drink we left behind after we checked out. Excellent experience!

Great price for what we needed. Parking was a little tight due to all the service trucks from the crews staying there. Front desk staff kind and helpful. Clean rooms. We needed to be close to the outlets to shop so this was perfect. Again price was unbeatable!

I was pleasantly surprised! Very clean and comfortable room and very reasonable prices. The hot breakfast items were typical but seemed to be better quality than other places. Easy off and on the highway. Only issue was a very tight parking lot, but will definitely be back the next time I go that way.

I personally don't comment on reviews, but I wanted to share my resent experience. The room was very clean, front staff was super nice, location was very close to the highway and airport. Parking was tight but safe, I would highly recommend if you're traveling to Asheville..

I am highly impressed with the Country Inn! The bathroom was well stocked, a nice closet, the door handles/latches work well, the room is well supplied with decor and furniture, bathroom is quite spacious, and extremely clean - absolutely no complaints! The price was very reasonable..but even besides the low price, the room was a 10/10!!

Needed a short stay somewhere while waiting to move into one apartment from my previous rental, and this turned out to be a really nice hotel for the price. I booked two nights and spent a little under $200, so I wasn't expecting much. But the room was immaculately clean with new furniture/fixtures and a very comfy bed. The free breakfast was even a little less depressing than some hotel breakfasts. I was actually a little bummed when I had to leave after the two days, I was so comfortable here.

My wife and I stay here four or five times a year for 4 nights at a time ,when coming to Asheville from New Jersey, to visit my mom. We've been coming to this same hotel for over 10 years.While there are dozens of hotels closer to where my mom lives on Hendersonville Road, we like that fact that the outlets are directly across the street, and an Ingles right next door for gas and Starbucks coffee. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the front desk staff are always pleasant and accommodating, and the price is right.
